Hey everyone, Vicente here from RiverBear Media. Today, I'm excited to invite you to participate in the Courage Foundation's collaborative marketing effort for Carry The Load 2024!
What is collaborative marketing?
Collaborative marketing is a strategic approach where multiple organizations or businesses work together to achieve common marketing goals. It involves sharing resources such as finances, expertise, and audience reach to create and implement marketing initiatives that benefit all parties involved. Through collaboration, organizations can leverage each other's strengths, expand their reach, and achieve greater success than they could individually.
As I'm sure we're all aware, Carry the Load chooses their partner organizations carefully. This year especially, they're really emphasizing the importance of collaboration; can their NPPs be team players? By participating in this effort, you're sending a clear message to Carry the Load that you're committed to working together towards spreading their message, and committed to serving our vets and first responders.
As mentioned previously, one of the key benefits of this collaborative marketing model is the significant cost-saving opportunities it offers. By sharing the cost of hiring a professional digital media strategist, that's me, each organization can access high-quality marketing materials at a fraction of the individual cost.
So, what do you get from this effort? Well you get all of these:
2-3 minute marketing video
2 revisions after initial edit
All raw footage
Group photo with participating NPPs
5 stills taken from video
One hour meeting to discuss pain points & strategies (prior to CTL)
Digital Video Brochure discussing the cooperative effort of the orgs
A video recapping and explaining the collaborative effort of NPPs
Possibility of additional videos depending on what footage is gathered (may incur additional individual costs)
The two things here I want to highlight are the meeting and the digital video brochure. Firstly, with this meeting I want to get to know your org's pain points (what problems can a video help you solve?). I don't want to just hand you a cookie cutter marketing video without any intention or strategy behind it. I want to know how we can shape the video to address the unique challenges your org is facing, and how we can make sure that the launch of the video is as successful as it can be.
Second, what is a digital video brochure? Well essentially it's a brochure that's hosted online and includes unique intractability compared to emails or flyers. For example, I can embed a video here on the first page, add a button to navigate to the next page, and include an audio recording that will automatically play itself.
With this, our intention is to host all of the final videos on one page and explain your collaborative marketing efforts. A link to this would then be provided to each org's email lists and voilà! Now more people know about you than ever before!
So what will this cost? Well that depends on the number of orgs we can get on board. Here's a quick pricing breakdown:
Day rate (incl. gear): $1000
Editing rate: $150/video
If only one NPP wanted a video: $1,150
4 NPPs: (1000 + 600) / 4 = $400/video
5 NPPs: $350
6 NPPs: $315
7 NPPs (max): $290
